General Terms and Conditions Layansi

Article 1 – Definitions In these conditions, the following definitions are used as originally defined.

Article 3 – Applicability These conditions apply to every offer from Layansi and every distance contract between Layansi and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products, including unique products such as Airlite Jersey, Abayas with stones, and Crystal Hijabs.

Article 5 – The Agreement The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer and the fulfillment of the conditions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal The consumer bears the costs of the return shipment. Return address: Layansi, Reply number 3248, 3440XB WOERDEN, Netherlands.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that have been made according to the consumer's specifications, including custom-made or personalized Airlite Jersey, Abayas with stones, and Crystal Hijabs.

Article 9 – The Price All prices of products include VAT. Price increases within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement are only allowed if they result from statutory regulations or provisions.

Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantees Layansi guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and the specified specifications.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution Layansi takes the utmost care in receiving and executing orders. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Layansi.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions: Duration, Cancellation, and Extension Duration transactions have a maximum duration of one year, unless otherwise agreed. In these transactions, the notice period is a maximum of one month.

Article 13 – Payment The amounts due by the consumer should be paid within 7 working days after the start of the reflection period.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Layansi within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described.

Article 15 – Disputes and Thuiswinkel Guarantee

  • Only Dutch law applies to agreements between Layansi and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate.
  • Disputes can be submitted to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee.
  • The consumer must first present the complaint to Layansi within a reasonable time.
  • The Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee makes a ruling under the conditions as stated in its regulations.
  • The decisions of the Disputes Committee are binding.
